Text Quotes
I grew up in a wood cabin on Puget Sound in Manchester, Wash. My family taught me to appreciate the arts and the outdoors, and I still yearn for the absolute silence I experienced there when I was young.  (Outdoors Quotes) Growing up, it was about finding a way to entertain myself outdoors. We spent all the summers on the beach, camping with my family a bunch, and traveling as much as we could. My parents wouldn’t let me watch too much TV growing up or play video games, or anything like that.  (Outdoors Quotes) It’s very warm there, so we were outdoors all the time. The local people had programs for us year-round, where as kids we had the opportunity to play football, basketball, baseball, track and field - we just went from one sport to the next, year-round.  (Outdoors Quotes) I enjoyed growing up part of my life in Virginia Beach. We had the ocean and the beach and a beautiful landscape. We were outdoors all the time and we played outside.  (Outdoors Quotes) Another thing I like to do is sit back and take in nature. To look at the birds, listen to their singing, go hiking, camping and jogging and running, walking along the beach, playing games and sometimes being alone with the great outdoors. It’s very special to me.  (Outdoors Quotes) I love Salt Lake City. well. It’s beautiful with all the great outdoors around you.  (Outdoors Quotes) The snow was endless, a heavy blanket on the outdoors; it had a way about it. A beauty. But I knew that, like many things, beauty could be deceiving.  (Outdoors Quotes) I love being outdoors, being in the mountains and the desert, and my wife enjoys that too. That’s one of the things that sustain our relationship.  (Outdoors Quotes) For exercise, I tend to like the outdoors. In Paris, I rent a bike in the street and cycle around, and in L.A. I live up in the hills so I go hiking a lot. I like to stay fit by being generally active.  (Outdoors Quotes) I love being outdoors, water sports, hiking - really, anything that keeps me moving!  (Outdoors Quotes) I think being raised spending so much time outdoors was really important - while you’re in it, you might not know, but now I think of the things I was thankful for.  (Outdoors Quotes) It’s the picnic principle. Things taste better outdoors. And if it’s a forbidden thing, so much the better.  (Outdoors Quotes) If you like the outdoors, Colorado is a big adventure playground for adults: it’s great for skiing, cycling, climbing, and hiking.  (Outdoors Quotes) Work done illegally outdoors or without permission feels like pure freedom to me. I understand how it can upset many in our society, but in the bigger picture, it is ultimately about freedom. We are living in a time where public space has become a commodity for corporations to control and dictate what is seen and heard.  (Outdoors Quotes) When you’re riding a bike you’re more connected to the outdoors and to other people than you are when you are stuck in your car.  (Outdoors Quotes) I started out wanting to be a naturalist. My obsession in my youth was with bird-watching. I collected things, I spent a lot of time outdoors. I only vaguely realized that science was a little more than natural history, but by then I was hooked.  (Outdoors Quotes) My father also encouraged my love of nature. He urged me to become a Cub Scout, and later a Boy Scout, and I found I really liked being outdoors.  (Outdoors Quotes) Living in New York after 14 years, I’m such an outdoors kind of person. I love gardening and building things. I like restoring old furniture.  (Outdoors Quotes) You can’t beat sex outdoors, but there are not many places I haven’t done it. Forests, barns, in swimming pool changing rooms, on top of hills, you name it.  (Outdoors Quotes) I’m not an outdoors person by instinct or nature. I’m more of a city person.  (Outdoors Quotes) I love the outdoors, I love climbing mountains. But I also like to walk down the street in New York in the fall and go to a bar. So what I require of a jacket is different, but it still has that heritage.  (Outdoors Quotes) Colleges produce more sports therapists than engineers. Perhaps because America is a sporty country: a lot of outdoors.  (Outdoors Quotes) I carry an umbrella when I am outdoors and always wear sunscreen, even when I am sitting in front of a computer screen! I never touch coffee or other caffeinated drinks.  (Outdoors Quotes) I carry an umbrella when I am outdoors and always wear sunscreen, even when I am sitting in front of a computer screen!  (Outdoors Quotes) There’s a great club in London called The Secret Sundays, and it’s on a Sunday afternoon and it’s outdoors, and it’s mainly Italians that go, and they all look great, and they’re dancing on the tables, and life’s a party, and they’re totally into the music, going mental, and that’s when dance music is really fantastic, I think.  (Outdoors Quotes) Sometimes, when we are far from clocks and schedules, we can still recapture a lost sense of place-based time. On a relaxing camping trip or a long day outdoors, perhaps, we can slip back into the rhythm of the sun.  (Outdoors Quotes) On my days off, I like to be outdoors - on my bike or walking the dog or swimming - so it’s important anyone I date is also into fitness.  (Outdoors Quotes) Sandwich outdoors isn’t a sandwich anymore. Tastes different than indoors, notice? Got more spice. Tastes like mint and pinesap. Does wonders for the appetite.  (Outdoors Quotes) Working outdoors or from life puts you in direct contact with the life force, not just the light and the landscape, but also the vitality of the world around you.  (Outdoors Quotes) No, don’t learn at karate schools. They overcharge you for karate uniforms. They make you pay, like, fifty or seventy-five bucks just for a karate uniform, and you don’t wear a uniform in everyday life, so why train in one? Most fights take place outdoors, not inside with perfect lighting and mats.  (Outdoors Quotes)
