Anais Nin, a renowned writer and diarist, once famously said, “Life shrinks or expands according to one's courage.” This powerful statement encapsulates the idea that our experiences and opportunities in life are directly correlated to the level of courage we possess. In other words, the more courageous we are, the more we are able to expand our horizons and embrace new challenges and adventures.
