Gentleness, self-sacrifice and generosity are the exclusive possession of no one race or religion

Mahatma Gandhi, the revered leader of the Indian independence movement, embodied the principles of gentleness, self-sacrifice, and generosity in his life and teachings. He believed that these virtues were not limited to any one race or religion, but were universal values that could be embraced by people of all backgrounds.

Gandhi's philosophy of nonviolence, or ahimsa, was at the core of his beliefs. He believed that true strength came from gentleness and compassion, rather than aggression or force.
