You can’t choose where you belong, and where you don’t. But what if the place you don’t belong is the only place you have left?  (What If Quotes) One is called a criminal for being different, and malicious for observing other people with too much clarity and penetration. But what if one began with oneself?  (What If Quotes) What if I travel so far away in my dreams that I can’t get back in time to wake up?  (What If Quotes) I don’t fall in love very easily. It takes a long time, and then, when I have fallen in love, I’m still not sure. I’m suspicious of myself. What if tomorrow I don’t feel the same? I have to wait, to be sure. And I wait and wait  (What If Quotes) What if every seemingly isolated object was actually just where the continuous wave of that object poked through into our world?  (What If Quotes) What if you have a genuine and captivating beauty that is marred only by your striving?  (What If Quotes) Keep integrity and your work ethics intact. So what if that means working a little harder; an honorable character is your best calling card, and that’s something anyone can have!  (What If Quotes) I have a rule, and that is to never look at somebody’s face while we’re having sex; because, number one, what if I know the guy?  (What If Quotes) The big thing is that if you don’t try something, you’ll always wonder. What could that have been like? What if...?  (What If Quotes) What if more and more parents, grandparents and kids around the country band together to create outdoor adventure clubs, family nature networks, family outdoor clubs, or green gyms? What if this approach becomes the norm in every community?  (What If Quotes) What would it be like if, right in the midst of this busyness, we were to consciously take our hands off the controls? What if we were to intentionally stop our mental computations and our rushing around and, for a minute or two, simply pause and notice our inner experience?  (What If Quotes) What if desire wasn’t an urge to be tamed, but a beacon of truth to be followed?  (What If Quotes) What if I was! That’s my point. What if I was a bit overweight and not especially pretty? Why is that so terrible? So disgusting? Why is that the end of the world?  (What If Quotes) What if not just women, but both men and women, worked smart, more flexible schedules? What if the workplace itself was more fluid than the rigid and narrow ladder to success of the ideal worker? And what if both men and women became responsible for raising children and managing the home, sharing work, love, and play? Could everyone then live whole lives?  (What If Quotes) What if you just did it your own way? No rules, no right or wrong, just what you think is beautiful?  (What If Quotes) So what if I never win my fifth gold medal; It’s only one end of the string. It’s competing that matters. It’s proving that there is a place for guys like me in sports. It’s a persona challenge to extend myself  (What If Quotes) And to remember both our triumphs and our missteps, our promises made and broken, the times we opened ourselves up to great adventures or closed ourselves down for fear of getting hurt, because that’s what new year’s all about, getting another chance, a chance to forgive. to do better, to do more, to give more, to love more, and to stop worrying about what if and start embracing what will be. so when that ball drops at midnight, and it will drop, let’s remember to be nice to each other, kind to each other, and not just tonight but all year long  (What If Quotes) What if your purpose is to take impeccable care of yourself so that you have the energy and joy to serve others?  (What If Quotes) What if we found ourselves building something that nobody wanted? In that case what did it matter if we did it on time and on budget?  (What If Quotes) What if someone hurts you with a weapon? Wait. Think it over. You probably feel angry. That’s normal. But wasn’t it the stick striking your body that hurt you? Can you be angry at the stick? Of course not. Should you be angry at the wielder of the stick? Wouldn’t it make more sense to be angry at the hatred in the mind of the stick wielder? If you think about it, isn’t the end of hatred in the world what you want most of all? Why, then, would you add to it by giving energy to your anger? After all, it will pass on its own if left alone, especially if you respond to it with compassion  (What If Quotes) The conviction: I will not tolerate this age. The freedom: the freedom to act on my conviction. And I will act. No one else has both the conviction and the freedom. Many agree with me, have the conviction, but will not act. Some act, assassinate, bomb, burn, etc., but they are the crazies. Crazy acts by crazy people. But what if one, sober, reasonable, and honorable man should act, and act with perfect sobriety, reason, and honor? Then you have the beginning of a new age.
