In the world of Doctor Who, death is a constant companion. The Doctor, a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey, has faced death countless times in their many regenerations. Whether it be at the hands of a Dalek, Cyberman, or some other alien threat, the Doctor has always managed to cheat death in the end.

But what if there comes a time when the Doctor knows that death is inevitable, that there is no way out, no last-minute escape plan to save them? What if the Doctor is faced with the reality that they are about to die any second, with no chance of survival?
