I prefer a black American  (African Quotes) I was very fortunate to be able to represent an icon to many African Americans  (African Quotes) Every day in America, African Americans are reminded of their race in ways large and small. Every day  (African Quotes) I’d like to state that Spike Lee is not saying that African American culture is just for black people alone to enjoy and cherish. Has there ever been a Jewish president? An Italian president? They don’t say a damn thing about that. You think we’re still fighting the Civil War or something. If you want to mention it in passing, OK. But don’t dwell on it  (African Quotes) Women in Africa are really the pillar of the society, are the most productive segment of society, actually.
